Monitoring, updates, security patches and steady small improvements. Launch is the start of a system's life, so we stay responsible for what we ship — or hand it over cleanly to your team.
How we work
Four steps, closing in.
Each stage narrows the target: fewer unknowns, tighter estimates, more of the thing you asked for. Nothing large gets committed to before the shape is agreed.
Scope
A short, paid discovery. We map the problem, the constraints and the systems involved, then write down what success looks like and what it costs.
Design
Architecture, data model and interface, agreed before code. You review wireframes and a technical plan rather than discovering decisions later.
Build
Two-week increments, each ending in something you can open and use. You are free to change your mind; we adjust the plan and tell you what it costs.
Run
Deployment, documentation and handover. We keep it running under a support agreement, or train your team to take it on themselves.
