Art. 28 GDPRHosting

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS processes the data arising from your visit solely on our behalf and on our instructions, under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Processing takes place on servers located in Germany.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing this site securely, reliably and efficiently through a professional provider (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Server logsServer log files

Each time this site is accessed, your browser automatically transmits data which the web server records in log files:

• the page requested and the volume of data transferred
• date and time of the request
• browser type and version, and operating system
• referrer URL, meaning the page you came from
• the IP address of the requesting device

This data is technically necessary to deliver the page and serves security and error analysis. It is not combined with other sources and is not used to identify individuals. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after seven days.

EncryptionSSL/TLS

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix in your browser's address bar. While encryption is active, data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.

No trackingCookies, tracking and analytics

This website sets no cookies and embeds no analytics, tracking or advertising services. No profiles are built and no data is passed to third parties for advertising. A consent banner is therefore not required.

EnquiriesThe contact form

The contact form on this site sends no data to our server. It simply opens your own email programme with a prepared message. Your details only reach us once you send that message yourself — as an ordinary email.

We process the details you provide (name, company, email address and the content of your message) solely in order to deal with your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and, where the enquiry concerns entering into or performing a contract, additionally Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time without formality; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with and no retention obligation applies. Statutory retention periods, for instance under § 147 AO and § 257 HGB, remain unaffected.

Email & phoneContacting us directly

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your details in order to deal with your request, on the same legal bases as above. Our mailbox is likewise operated by IONOS SE, again under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Web fontsTypefaces

Delete this section once the fonts are self-hosted. While Google Fonts is still loaded: “This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited), which transmits your IP address to Google. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.”

RecipientsDisclosure of data

Your data is passed to third parties only where necessary to provide our services, where you have consented, or where we are legally obliged to do so. The only recipients are the processors named in this notice. No data is transferred to countries outside the EU or EEA.

You have the right at any time to:

• access the data held about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
